Receiver/ Back Up Shipper

Position Summary: Looking for an organized receiver who can easily adapt to a growing company. This position will be responsible for receiving all materials into our ERP system. Also moving materials to stock locations and stocking the assembly work cell bins as needed. This position will also be notifying the shop foreman of any part shortages and play an intricate part in inventory control.

Hours: Working hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday with potential overtime as needed.

Rate of Pay - Will be based on qualifications. Benefits and RRSP available after 3 months.

Responsibilities :

• Receive all materials physically and enter packing slips into ERP system, disperse materials to proper locations
• Trained in shipping procedures to back up shipper as needed
• Maintain clean receiving area and clean stock locations by breaking down blue racking and ensuring all garbage is removed or recycled
• Filling bins in all assembly work cells and manage any overflow of materials also cleaning bins prior to filling them if needed.
• Cycle counting materials if any discrepancies in inventory arise and helping monitor inventory levels
• Ensure all walkways and isles always stay clear
• Maintain outside accessibility by plowing snow and lawn maintenance

Salary : $22.00-$25.16 per hour
