This is a remote position. As the Vice President of Marketing, you are responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy, therefore, own all marketing programs, including demand generation, product marketing, digital experience strategy and branding. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will: Lead, mentor, and empower a marketing team of ~35 employees (3-4 direct reports). Translate GSoft goals into effective marketing strategies for all product lines. Set the marketing direction, priorities, metrics, goals, and overall roadmap to support higher-level business objectives. Oversee the development and execution of all marketing programs to ensure they align with the company’s go-to-market strategy and vision. Make data-driven decisions to drive continuous process improvements to feed revenue growth. Monitor and act on essential metrics; Track and report on important performance metrics and use the data to optimize processes and performance continually. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with other stakeholders and ensure marketing scales through cross-collaboration with other teams (sales, customer success, product, Etc.). Maintain and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Established leadership experience managing a marketing team at a VP level; Experience developing and leading marketing initiatives and strategies, directly linked to the company’s key objectives and strategic vision; Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth in a multi-product, high- growth SaaS environment; Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and decision-making and optimize performance; Experience working directly with the sales organization and leadership in an innovative, fast-paced tech, B2B SaaS company; Extensive knowledge of relevant today's marketing approaches and tools, such as Hubspot and Salesforce (CMS, CRM, Marketing).
