As a Training / LMS Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating training activities in collaboration with various expert committees and managing our training platform (LMS). Among your other responsibilities will be: Oversee training committees to determine priorities and objectives for each sector of the company's activities. Participate in the implementation and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS). Recommend and implement necessary changes in training procedures and documentation. Collaborate with content experts to create training materials that meet established objectives. Coordinate training activities with vendors, managers, and employees. Manage training records to ensure compliance with government requirements. Ensure compliance with employee training and onboarding records. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: College diploma or certificate in human resources management. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in spoken and written French (essential). Proficiency in spoken and written English (essential). Proficiency in spoken and written English is required as the incumbent will be in regular contact with our offices in other Canadian provinces or will be in contact with training providers outside Quebec.
