We are hiring a Business Analyst to support all our campuses.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Work as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the objectives, policies, and operations of various functions within the organization, and recommend solutions that enable strategic goals to be met
  • Responsible for partnering with Operations to create business cases to justify new initiatives, programs, services and technology
  • Identify opportunities for new and more efficient ways of conducting business based on market research and competitive landscape. Leveraging the company’s core competencies (talent, experience, resources, etc.) to effectively achieve business objectives (growth, profitability, reputation, etc.)
  • Hold requirements gathering departmental working sessions by identifying the right participants, preparing the appropriate material, reviewing the project scope, and identifying key assumptions
  • Meet regularly with the user groups in all divisions to identify opportunities for enhancements and maintain alignment between functional areas
  • May participate in the development of user training material as required
  • Assist in project planning and monitoring activities for projects and initiatives with an approved business case
  • Work closely with Operations and support function to outline business requirements and cost/benefit analysis required for the business case

Education and Qualifications :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, with 3 years of related work experience in business and/or financial analytics.
  • Ability to operate ERP systems and create, maintain and present various operational dashboards
  • Ability to complete a detailed business case for incoming project/initiatives requests that include cost/benefit analysis
  • Ability to walk through the detailed business requirements document with the end-users of the system or process and make any final modifications
  • Ability to resolve the conflict between functional groups.
