Job Title: Store Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store's smooth and efficient operation. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with managing employees, monitoring inventory levels, organizing store promotions, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and personnel management.
  • Manage a team of retail associates, including scheduling, training, coaching, and motivating employees to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers, resolving any complaints or issues in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving products, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute store promotions, advertising campaigns, and visual merchandising displays to enhance the overall customer experience and drive sales.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Support the Store Manager in performing administrative tasks such as payroll management, scheduling, and preparing reports.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve complaints and issues in a professional manner.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales analysis.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
