We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Woodgrove Centre. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering quality customer service, and growing and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales associates and managers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates and managers to ensure a high-performing team
- Minimum 1-4 years of experience in a store management role
- Proven track record of driving sales and delivering quality customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced retail environment
