Rolf C. Hagen Inc. is currently looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Baie-D’Urfé head office. This is a 1-year contractual position with a possibility of permanency. Rolf C. Hagen Inc. is the world’s largest privately owned, multi-national pet products manufacturer and distributor - a true industry leader for over 65 years. This position reports to the Director of Sales Operations and is an integral part of the Canadian Sales and Marketing team. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing Coordinator and the First Vice-President of Sales, you will be responsible for clerical and secretarial tasks as per needed by the department. Requirements are as follows: Responsibilities :

  • Prepare sales reports using our database on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Print or request reports for analytical purposes for the First Vice-President of Sales.
  • Provide administrative support to the Canadian Key Accounts, Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Verify and compile Sales Team mileage reports.
  • Add financial codes to receipts and expense reports and submit for approbation to the director.
  • Data entry, as needed.
  • Complete other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Command of written French and English
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Capacity to succeed in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
  • Very well organized
  • Initiative and team spirit
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and attention to detail
