Summary : The Maintenance Stock Room Operator will be responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking and maintaining the inventory of maintenance parts within the stock room.

Shift will be Mon - Wed and every other Saturday. (12 hr shifts 6am - 6pm)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Receive incoming parts in Maximo and put them away in their appropriate locations.
• Cycle count parts bins on a set frequency.
• Retrieve spare parts from the bins for requestors and sign them out in Maxmo
• Part number setup in Maximo
• Entity number setup in Maximo.
• Ordering parts for Maintenance, Supply chain and production as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS** :

• Successful completion of High School diploma or GED
• Experience doing repetitive tasks
• Fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing/Quality experience in a GMP environment
• 3+ Experience in inventory management
• Demonstrated good attendance in present position
• Demonstrated good performance including safety and quality in present position
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and critical thinking abilities
• Proven ability to be proactive and self-motived on the job
• Intermediate proficiency in word and Excel
• Previous experience with Maximo, JDE, GME and Coupa
