LCBO Convenience Outlet Clerk (18 yrs+)
The LCBO Convenience Outlet Clerk will be responsible for carrying out a full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. You will provide customers with friendly and professional service, stock shelves and keep a clean and tidy environment. You will also ensure accurate and secure cash/debit/credit procedures are followed on a computerized terminal.
- Process customer transactions
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer while following company policies and procedures
- Process accurate bottle returns
- Stock shelves inside the outlet, as well as inside the beer cooler
- Check ID for those who appear to be 25 or younger
- Refuse sales to minors and those who appear intoxicated
- Adhere to, and implement all applicable company standards
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Lifting of bottles varying in weight, and lifting cases weighing up to 40 lbs; standing for extended periods of time and being able to reach, climb, bend, twist and walk
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Salary : $16.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
