A pleasant, collaborative atmosphere and a great team spirit.Your role:Follow the strategies decided jointly with management in order to increase the company's market share in the given territory.Promote the company's products and brand image, and increase its visibility.Achieve sales objectives through the maintenance and growth of existing customers, but also through the development of potential customers.To be in constant contact with distributors and direct customers such as OEM's.To provide solutions to problems in order to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.To provide technical training to our network of distributors and also to promote our products to consulting engineering firms.To keep informed of all activities in your sector, both in terms of customers, competition and products. Skills and qualifications : BAC OR DEC in electrical engineering or automation5 years of sales experience in this fieldExperience with a manufacturer, distributor or integratorExperience and expertise as a territory manager with distributors an assetLeadership, organized, team player, autonomousResults oriented, challenging and relational Our client offers you :Base salary according to experienceMonthly commissionsCar allowance, all tools (cell phone, laptop)Excellent conditions for benefits
