Our Public Sector Client requires a Senior Business Consultant (10+ years) to asses the departments service and asset management processes, and advise on areas for improvement.Responsibilities to Include:Audit service management with regards to software licenses and asset management. This involves tracking the process from cradle to grave.Identify areas for improvement (i.e. redundancies, automation, etc.)Present findings to Senior Management (Director and DG level) and create strategies on how to improveSupport the development of business cases and project roadmapsMust Haves:Previous experience defining, analyzing, and improving software asset management (SAM) processesPrevious experience reporting and presenting to high-level executivesPrevious experience developing business cases and project roadmapsGovernment of Canada experienceReliability ClearanceNice to Haves:Bilingual (French and English)
