At SMS Equipment , our Service Agent will answer telephone calls and greet visitors, as well as provide administrative support to the Service Department.This position is located in St-Bruno.The shift for this position is 5x2.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Manage the invoicing process, from the opening to the closing of work orders.• Prepare time sheets for the Service.• Prepare order for suppliers• Help with submission• Help with service calls when needed• Prepare warrantee claims for the service department.• Maintain the WIP (work in process) according to company standards.• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a diploma of College Studies or professional in administration or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.Additional requirements include :• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar position• Diploma of College Studies or professional in administration or equivalent relevant experience.• Skilled in customer service; self-starter and detail-oriented• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe PDF.)Applications will be received until a suitable candidate has been hired.At SMS Equipment, safety is one of our values and we care for each other, without exception.
