Overview
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic bartender for the Badley.
The Badley is a retro chic diner in the heart of beautiful Elora. The dining concept covers all day dining and dinner as well as a vibrant 100 capacity summer patio. The Badley Bar is an upscale bar with vintage wines, cocktails and an exclusive tapas style menu offering. The Badley also provides accommodation services with room service and arrival amenities offered to in house guests.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining menus and products
- Mix cocktails and prepare drinks to high quality and according to recipes and expectations
- Communicate with servers and bar manager
- Prepare drinks for diner, patio and bar
- Have a flair for mixology
- Interest in wines and Champagnes
- Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately
- Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment
- Maintain an organized and clean bar at all times
- Clear tables and help reset
- Wash and polish glassware
- Strong social skills
Salary : $15.00 per hour
