Wellington Veterinary Services is seeking a passionate and positive individual to join our team! As a Client Care specialist, you will exude confidence and a friendly demeanor, whilst being able to multi-task and prioritize the needs of our patients.
Responsibilities will include :
- Schedule surgery and regular appointments.
- Admit patients and assist our veterinarians and/or technicians when necessary.
- Receiving and filing/updating medical records
- Billing clients and handling payments
- Filling prescriptions
Qualifications :
- Experience working in a veterinary hospital/customer service position
- Knowledge of software used in clinics - preferred but not required
- Education relevant to the field - preferred but not required
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Compensation :
