Position Summary

The CSR would be the first point of contact for our customers. our responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, tracking and updating shipment status, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the shipping process. Your exceptional customer service skills will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

Location: 1100 Polytek St, Gloucester

Schedule: Tuesday-Sat 8:30-5:00

What you’ll do

  • Customer service, inbound and outbound, emails and phone calls
  • Enter data into computerized databases and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently
  • Support customer enquiries, confirming delivery dates and times and providing updates throughout the day
  • Responding to customer escalations in a professional and courteous manner
  • First point of contact with drivers while enroute
  • Assist with dispatch and routing when required
  • Assist with receiving merchandise into the computer system
  • Schedule deliveries via phone calls and email to customers in Ontario and Quebec
  • Ensure inventory has upcoming delivery dates
