Working with your team and with collaboration from various departments, you will maintain, support, and upgrade new/existing systems and applications. It is crucial that our Business Applications Manager promotes a positive company image through safety, quality, consistency, and professionalism.ACCOUNTABILITY Reports to: Director of Strategy Direct Reports (2): Senior Data Analyst & Business Applications SpecialistRESPONSIBILITIESThe essential duties and responsibilities of the job include but are not necessarily restricted to the following.Perform project requirements analysis, develop project conversion, and system implementation plans, manage and monitor project performancePrepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentationRecommend changes in development, maintenance and system standardsImplement and execute thorough user training for system conversion and implementationResponsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance, and administration of Microsoft NAV & DynamicsAnalyze business processes and match systems hardware/software through development of technical solutionsProvide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirementsLead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
