We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Associate at Canada Post Corp. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of postal products and services knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Process financial transactions, including cash, cheques, debit, and credit card payments
- Maintain floor displays and conduct merchandizing and inventory control
- Operate a computer point of sale system and maintain a high level of postal products and services knowledge
- Receive, sort, sequence, and batch mail items
- Experience in customer service in a retail environment
- Sales experience is an asset
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends
