Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Tasks Establish methods to meet work schedules Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres Establish work schedules Government programs Recognized employer Support for newcomers and refugees Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.) Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) Support for youths Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Support for Indigenous people Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
