We are looking for a self-starting, dynamic, and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Marketing team to amplify our brand ethos of protecting the world we play in. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be a key contributor as you support in the planning and execution of tentree’s marketing calendar. For this role, you will also be responsible for executing and monitoring Influencer and Community strategies and make sure they’re delivered on time, on brand and contribute to the holistic goals of the company.  Our ideal candidate will be inspired and excited by discussions around sustainability and environmentalism, and passionate about making this conversation more accessible to a diverse audience. What will you be doing? You will support on the execution of marketing activations, strategies, and briefs for tentree’s product launches and campaigns, as well as values-based campaigns/initiatives as assigned. You will lead the strategic approach for our influencer strategy, execution, and reporting and manage the day-to-day operations of the channel through our platform GRIN. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop channel-specific strategies to support business and marketing plans as well as setting KPIs, reporting, and recommending courses of action that align with campaign strategies. You will identify content creators and influencers to partner with/leverage for future campaigns. You will develop influencer wrap-up reports (campaigns, monthly, quarterly and annual) to share with brand peers, Senior Brand Director, and as directed. You will work with and support our Social Media Specialist and other brand peers to ensure UGC is strategically integrated across all organic channels to provide general program support as assigned. You will support on the strategic approach, execution and reporting for community activations.  You will lead the approach, execution and reporting for product seeding working in partnership with the Social Media Specialist You will support on the approach, execution and reporting for brand collabs and partnerships plus omni-channel opportunities to drive brand discovery, customer growth and sales. You will report monthly on how channel activities support the company's goals and those set for the marketing department by the Senior Brand Director. You will support and contribute to the evolution and success of our company’s brand ambassador program as directed. Requirements Professional Requirements:  4+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Marketing, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent work experience. Experience in the apparel/consumer products industry and/or with mission-driven brands (preferred) Ability to assign KPIs to marketing and business goals Proven experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting social media campaign/project results with recommendations to optimize to improve outcomes Strong ability to analyze results of programs, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations. Strong knowledge of influencer/content creator relations and what constitutes as effective content as well as mainstream social media channels. Experience working in the creative development process with the ability to work efficiently with graphic designers and writers. Creative thinker who collaborates effectively on cross-functional projects, with strong writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills.
