Your role :

  • Coordinate integration and QA; including approvals by different teams;
  • Create segmentations and audience targeting;
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, such as OR, CTOR and CRV, understanding root causes of changes in performance, and recommend responsive strategies and tactics;
  • Ensure compliance with CASL (Canada) and CAN-SPAM (US) legislation, customer data/access policies and corporate privacy policies.
  • Highly detail-oriented analytical approach: you are the person who naturally notices flaws in everything and who can suggest ways to improve

The qualifications we are looking for :

  • University degree in marketing or communications, or equivalent work experience or diploma;
  • Ability to work with different groups of in‑house and external colleagues, including vendors, consultants, designers, and developers;
  • Good understanding of the needs and behaviours of web users as well as current web trends;
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Salesforce is a plus
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • Critical thinking regarding new projects and requests from internal clients;
  • Ability to manage priorities, and planning, organising and follow-up skills;
  • Ability to look at the big picture, analytical and summarizing skills, attention to detail, and inquisitiveness;
  • Dynamic personality, initiative and a strong learning ability;
  • Ability to work under pressure, discipline, and meticulousness;
