We are seeking Caregivers for community clients in the Beaverton area. Shifts vary from mornings to evenings. We are seeking part-time to full-time individuals who are available to pick up shifts as needed.

Job Benefits:

- Flexible hours and schedule
- 4 hour shift minimum
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and personal care including eating, dressing, transferring, toileting, hygiene, grooming, and bathing as per client's care plan
- Providing medication support
- Providing cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support
- Maintaining open communication with client and their family
- Monitoring care plan and adding documentation with any changes and updates
- Responding to all emergency situations
- All other duties, as assigned
Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to :

Valid First Aid/CPR certificate

Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check
-
Satisfactory professional references
-
Previous working experience as a caregiver is required**:

Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions
-
Must be able to anticipate problems and use sound judgment and tact in handling confidential matters
