Trim Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company that provides commercial and large-scale high-end residential and landscaping services in Nova Scotia. We are continually growing and are looking to add Concrete Labourers to our team. We have done many design-build landscape projects like Argyle and Spring Garden streets, Queen’s Marque and Peggy Cove’s Viewing Deck

You are willing to work outside of your everyday tasks and do what needs to be done to get the job done.

Responsibilities : Your primary responsibility will be to assist with various tasks related to concrete pouring, finishing and site preparation, other tasks will include;

  • Assist in preparing concrete forms, including setting up and securing them properly
  • Assist with concrete pours, ensuring even distribution and proper filling
  • Help in finishing concrete surfaces, such as smoothing and leveling, using hand tools, power tools and other equipment as necessary
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials for job sites
  • Assist in the placement and securing of rebar or wire mesh within concrete forms to provide structural integrity
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work areas

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in concrete work or construction related field is preferred
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with co workers
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to work in various weather conditions

Schedule :

  • 10-hour shift
  • Monday-Friday
