Job Summary : We have an immediate opening for a Head Chef at our Larry Uteck location to lead us to the next phase of our growth plan. We have big plans this year to expand our operations.

This is an excellent, high-level opportunity for a culinary leader looking for an interesting position which includes overseeing our daily restaurant operations, helping build out our retail line and developing our commissary kitchen components.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage costs, drive sales, create systems and execute strategies to meet/exceed targets
  • Oversee the kitchen for a 90-seat restaurant
  • Menu creation with new seasonal ideas
  • Supervise, delegate and schedule of 15 kitchen staff
  • Adhere to established hiring process and staff evaluation
  • Inventory control
  • Ensuring complete adherence to Health and Safety practices

  • A passion for the dough making process (we slow ferment our dough for 48 hours)
  • An understanding of Cost of Sales and their relation to the business (food costs and labour costs)

Salary : $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
