The opportunity

  • Coordinate, process and document all Inland Transportation related invoices and payments in a timely fashion.
  • Maintain accurate fleet information in Canpotex’s systems as well as with the railways and regulatory agencies.
  • Verify the accuracy of freight, customs, railway ancillaries, leasing (including shop credits), storage and repair invoices, resolves disputes and escalates where necessary.
  • Conduct a monthly audit and validation of all railway charges.
  • Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders such as producers, terminals, railways, mine sites, etc., as well as collaboration with internal departments.

You have

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum one to two years’ experience in a supply chain role.
  • Knowledge of logistics and rail industry practices would be considered an asset.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
