Days of the week and hours required will be flexible, though a minimum of 10 hours per week will be required.The Core Responsibilities Of The Job:The upkeep of the Corporate Will and POA files and databasesThe retention and destruction of long-term filesReport writing to summarize findings and trends within the databaseGeneral administrative support of a broad nature to the operation Estate and Trust and Wills teams at Concentra TrustLet's Talk About You!Currently enrolled in a University of Saskatchewan College of Law or Edwards School of Business program, with successful completion of 1-2 years of study in the program Interest in financial services, wills and estates, and trust administrationKeen attention to detail and superior organizational skills Computer proficiency with respect to Microsoft Office products and preferably Excel Excellent writing and communications skills and being a team player Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Must be willing to work on-site in the Saskatoon office as required with proper COVID protocols and protections in place What we offer (For full-time permanent roles) Competitive discretionary bonus✨ Market leading RRSP match program
