IT Team lead - ERP Focus

One of our clients is looking for a technically skilled candidate with good problem-solving ability for the position of IT team lead - ERP . The candidate must be managing, directing, and overseeing the smooth operation of our IT department. This is a unique opportunity, who is passionate about the IT landscape with the organisation and eager to grow into the manager role. Advantages Great benefits Robust team Great company culture Growth Flexibility Vacation Responsibilities *5+ years of experience in troubleshooting ERP issues, particularly (Infor CSI 10) or any major ERP from Manufacturing environment *Must work independently on projects and also collaborate closely with department managers to understand their IT needs and proactively manage technology-related requirements to support their operations. *Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. *Ability to conduct research on technical application issues. *Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Qualifications * Someone coming from a CS or Technology or related field of study * Experience of working in a Manufacturing setting is a must * Extensive experience using ERP systems (Infor CSI 10 an asset) *Set appropriate deadline, expectations for the team and for themselves *Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills are required for the role Summary If you are passionate about troubleshooting, supporting and leading a small IT team , then this role is for you.
