Clean all dirty dishes, cutlery, glassware and cups as required
- Soak all dishes and glassware when required
- Clean all pots and utensils
- All kitchen equipment must be as clean as possible at all times. This includes washing the dishwasher inside and out, as well as glass racks and all sinks, equipment, counters and floors
- Garbage cans must be emptied and cleaned when necessary (rotation)
- All discarded boxes must be crushed and deposited in the garbage room
Closing dishwasher will also complete all items on the closing checklist
Light prep work and other duties as assigned.
Pay: $15.30 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
