  • Address customers' complaints or concerns

  • Professionalism in customer service

  • Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations

  • Drive as part of a two-person team or convoy

  • Load and unload goods

  • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment

  • Perform preventive maintenance

  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses :

  • CPR Certificate

  • First Aid Certificate

  • Forklift Operator Certification Documentation knowledge :

  • Accident or incident reports

  • Bill of lading

  • Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip)

  • Straight truck (4,600kg+ or 10,000lbs+ with 3+ axles) Communication systems experience :
