Duties

Skills
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience in carpentry and maintenance person tasks is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation techniques.
- Ability to perform construction painting with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with caulking methods and materials.
