Job Summary: Area served: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, and surrounding area.
Duties :
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
- Read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Perform general electrical maintenance
- Inspect transformers and circuit breakers
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
Requirements :
- Service-oriented 309A Journeyman license, in good standing with the Ontario College of Trades
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver abstract
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great client relation skills
- Able to follow instructions & carry them out efficiently
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, punctual, and dependable
- Certified in Working at Heights, Health & Safety Awareness Training (or willing to obtain with Stanson assistance)
- Experience in electrical sales and estimating preferred.
The pay rate is negotiable depending on experience.
Job Types : Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $31.24-$46.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
