RequirementsContract DetailsExpected Start DateApril, 2024Expected End DateApril, 2025On-Site RequirementRemoteSecurity Clearance LevelRequirements: This work will require Reliability statusDescription of ServiceAssociate Program & Project Management ServicesTOS (Technology Operations & Services) business operations management function is critical to ensure that TOS’ operational budget ($40M+ annual ops budget, $5M+ transformation budget, 60 FTEs), resources, business operations to be managed effectively aligning and supporting strategic and operational objectives. Reporting to Principal business operations manager, the Associate Program & Project Management Services provider mainly focuses on assisting budget and vendor management for all TOS teams/platforms, including key activities such as annual budget planning, yearend accruals, monthly budget tracking, measuring and risk mitigation, contract renewals, cost optimization requisitions/invoice and Planview administrative support, etc. The associated Project Management Services provider will also support other business management functions, such strategy/planning, risk, value and workforce management.Primary ResponsibilitiesMonthly budget (actual/forecast) updates for Operations, Team Account and HR budget.Month-end Operational accruals based on a report from DO/Finance. If there is a discrepancy resolve those through procurement/FinanceReport metrics/KPIs, conduct trend analysis.Lead/support risk managementAnnual budget planning and yearend accrualsFacilitate/monitor Cost Optimization initiatives with the Product Owners/LeadersCoordinate SW/HW maintenance and Technology subscriptions renewal exercise.Monthly Updates to Planview expenditures/PO numbers/ Review Financials – Financial Planning Detail to be in sync with the budget tracker.Timesheets – Adding resource in Planview and Send reminder to all leaders to approve timesheet.Resolve any issue with Planview related to timesheet for consultants.Prepare for and facilitate new Investment and review process.Prepare for requisitions following Goods and Services Process Annual SW maintenance & Tech Subscription renewalsMaintain Product/Ownership mapping.Specific Project Requirements TOS budget management target, 95-100% utilization annuallyTOS Cost Optimization target, $2M.SkillsTop Skills Required:(please rank top 3 skills based on importance)Strong financial management skillsStrong Project Management skills (PMP or equivalent is required)Strong communication and people skillsOther Skills Required:MS Office products, Word, Excel, SharePoint and etc.AgileAttention to details.Assets:Experience working for major financial institutions and/or Government departments.PowerBIPlanviewJob 69997
