The **Ducharme Motors is seeking an Financial Controller***:

  • Filing of monthly tax reporting including payroll deductions, gst, provincial sales tax, AMVIC, tire tax, and other outside reporting duties
  • Basic knowledge of Payroll, Alberta Labor Standards, and the Income Tax Act
  • Processing payables and collecting of accounts receivables
  • Assist in the formulation of internal controls and policies to comply with legislation and established best practices
  • Manage journal entries, invoices etc. and reconcile accounts for the month end or annual closing
  • Review the company’s accounting information to identify and resolve inaccuracies or imbalances
  • Assisting in the month in Financial Statement preparation
  • Processing new and used car deals
  • Extensive knowledge on tax deadlines and tax filings with a small business
