Basic Duties:
- Controller of corporation: daily accounting, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset management
- Approximately 20 employees, payroll, employee benefits and health spending account management
- Tracking fuel costs, expenses, day to day operations
- Quotations procurement, progress payment schedules on construction projects
Experience and Education:
- Accounting experience and formal education is required
- Construction administrative/accounting experience considered an asset
- Simply accounting experience is considered an asset
- Payroll experience is considered an asset
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
