The Role: As a CL 601 First Officer, you will enjoy flying our beautiful, modern CL601 aircraft. You are a highly proficient, adaptable, collaborative and confident captain, able to make sound pilot decisions ensure a safe, efficient and exceptional customer service private aviation experience to our clients. You’ll enjoy shorter hours than at airlines, fly largely to beautiful southern locations and play a key role in the growth and success of our Ultra fleet. You’ll have immediate impact by delivering a high level of personalized, professional service to our clients. What you’ll do:

  • Operate aircraft safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Adapt to unknown destinations and routes with management support
  • Adapt to changes in daily operations during available reserve days
  • Liaise with our internal teams including the Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements and solutions
  • Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional customer experience

What you bring :

  • Canadian ATPL
  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical
  • Canadian Radio Telephone (Restricted) License
  • 2000 to 3000 hours total time
  • 500 hours PIC with preference for jet or turbine experience
  • University degree or college program in Aviation desired
  • Functional expertise flying an airplane in commercial airspace
  • Expert knowledge of aircraft FMS and systems, weather, airport minimums for landing and take-off, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
  • Expert knowledge of pilot requirements as per regulations including safety practices
  • A positive mindset and strong ability to work collaboratively and build relationship across the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills with ability to deliver results under tight deadlines
  • A willingness to “roll-up your sleeves” to support the team and at times to go above and beyond the day-to-day to meet requirements
