Work Shift: Job Description :

  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • This position is responsible for ensuring production systems and services are maintained and supported as necessary to support the efficient IT operations of Gorbel Inc., Engineered Lifting Systems & Equipment, Inc, and Ravenwood Golf Club. Provides end user support both onsite and remote where applicable. Monitors all systems and services and take action to ensure optimum performance and reliability. Maintains a Life Cycle Plan for IT assigned systems and services. Implement hardware and software installations and/or changes to achieve maximum user productivity and uptime. Interpret user business and technology needs and implement appropriate, approved solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner. Implement, and maintain systems and services in support of company business development efforts and IT department plans while maintaining the current security landscape. Collaborates regularly with IT Systems Engineering team in the support of the business users and technology standards.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide End User and Business technology support

  • Microsoft OS Platform Administration

  • Device Platform Imaging and Software Deployment Administration

  • Mobile Device Deployment and Management

  • Virtualization Infrastructure Administration

  • O365 Administration

  • Cloud Infrastructure Administration (Azure, AWS)

  • Disaster Recovery Planning and Testing

  • System performance Testing

  • Patch Management

  • Security of all networked systems

  • Security of all networked company data

  • Systems and service upgrades to improve productivity and reliability

  • Thoroughly test new solutions/changes in test environment prior implementing

  • Communicating changes to all effected parties

  • Maintain Life Cycle Plan for systems and services

  • Participate in annual budget process

  • Serve as a resource to IT as well as other departments for technical issues

  • Serve as a back-up for other system and network duties as needed

  • Assist users and departments in effectively leveraging our production software tools

  • Create, publish and maintain standard procedures and system documentation

  • Create, publish and maintain knowledge articles consumed by end user and internal IT Staff

  • Maintain support contracts for all servers and services as delegated

  • Adhere to suitable administrative practices and methodology

  • Research and propose new technology and existing technology enhancements

  • Adhere to defined project timelines and budgets

  • Participate in various IT department projects and company team as required

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related degree

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a corporate environment with ~200+ users

  • 2+ years of experience with Microsoft services including but not limited to Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, Azure Cloud Services, Office 365, MS Teams/Telephony, Windows 10, 11, Intune, Autopilot Device Imaging, Software Deployment

  • 2+ years of experience with Virtual Server and Desktop environments VMWare, Windows, On Premise and Cloud

  • 2+ years of experience with maintaining/supporting enterprise security initiatives

  • Experience with RPA, Systems Automation Tools and Platforms

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools such as PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerAutomate

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines with high quality requirements

  • Ability to analyze complex requirements and develop technological solutions
