Here’s What You’ll Need :

  • Diploma, B.Sc. or M.Sc. in biology, related to ecology, hydrology, wetlands, botany, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant field experience in environmental consulting
  • Proven field skills and willingness to work in the field in remote locations for extended periods of time if required
  • Experience in satellite imagery interpretation, classification and delineation of wetlands in the field in British Columbia
  • Experience using ArcGIS software
  • Strong skills in identification of vegetation in British Columbia
  • A driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract

Ideally, you’ll also have :

  • Experience or interest to support other biophysical study areas such as reclamation, vegetation, wildlife, soils, and/or fisheries field assessments.
