Mission : Supervision of the work package of an avionic supplier per aircraft as a single point of contact of production line and line logistics as well as engineering teams of the customer.Task input into the various On-site Support areas (engineering, work preparation, logistics, LMC) Recording, tracking and documentation of all open and already completed work per aircraft for all the supplier Components Receive customer queries, drive problem solving with Client, OSS production and home base design office and ensure the timely completion of all work including subsequent deliveries to the A/C in production Single point of contact for inquiries, recurring complaints, damages, meetings etc. Develop solutions for issues, damages, etc. concerning the supplier productsChallenges: Development of the Supplier On-site support team in Montreal. We have created different standards and processes to support Production when there are issues or activities related to the supplier Parts on the Aircraft. Manage different teams involved in the supplier products, we have to plan, validate the engineering and coordinate reworks at Bombardier to ensure that the supplier parts are according to the engineering and standard documents. Be involved and support activities in different systems of the AC at the same time (Mechanical, Electric, Interiors) In production line we always run against the time. So we have to solve problems in a timely manner and manage every issue properly and align with different teams (suppliers, Bombardier and Bombardier Suppliers) Involved in many Go and See at AC and challenge liability of reworks for parts damaged by Bombardier Installations (BA Quality and Union Issues)Skills: Production and reworking procedures safe handling of construction documents and production orders (drawing reading) Very good French, and English skills, both spoken and written, German is a plus Willingness to work on Weekends (on-call) Very good communication skills, resilience, high flexibility Technologies (Catia, SAP, Teamcenter, etc)
