The ideal candidates will have experience in general construction activities. Materials testing and inspection experience considered an asset. Educational & Experience Requirements: College Level Diploma is considered an asset but not requiredCivil construction experience is considered an assetExperience with materials testing and inspection is considered an assetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong multi-tasking, organization, and planning skills.Possess ability to lift 30-50 lbs routinely as requiredGEMTEC is willing to train the successful applicant Main Duties: Laboratory testing of aggregates, soils, concrete and asphaltField testing and sampling of aggregates, soils, concrete, and asphaltOther duties as required Position: Full-time seasonal and term positions are available Must have a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle for work related travel Interested individuals should apply by email to: Thank you for taking the time to consider GEMTEC.
