Responsible during shifts scheduled for all aspects of maintenance and grounds keeping in a busy and growing recreation and conference centre.
Essential Job Functions : Supervise and accomplish the daily set-ups for functions and picnics.
Supervise and participate in all aspects of maintenance and construction.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for all park guests.
Create and enforce a safe and productive work environment.
Responsible for staff supervision, motivation, and training.
Attend all required training sessions.
Abide by policies and guidelines that are defined in the Staff Handbook.
Ensure that all subordinates abide by the policies and guidelines that are defined in the Staff Handbook.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications : Education
OSSGD or equivalent or enrolled in high school.
WHMIS
Experience
Supervisory experience a definite asset.
Ability to self motivate and take initiative is a definite asset.
Versatile maintenance and construction skills.
Valid G driver's license and reliable transportation, driver's abstract may be required.
