Areas of growth include (but are not limited to) data visualization, deep clickstream analysis, testing strategies and optimization and leading projects with teams of analysts. You're a master storyteller with data and have a passion for finding meaning in data and delivering insights. You will have the opportunity to work with industry experts and world class clients and you will report to the Director, Analysis & Insights.QualificationsYou will document and critically assess the client's business and analysis questions for Fortune 500 companiesYou will develop complex metric guides to answer client queriesYou will provide strategic approaches to data collection and data usage, to align with achieving the client's business needs and prioritiesYou will win the relationship with the client; lead projects from initiation through executionYou will gain incremental client engagements through strong work and visionary thinking, and adaptabilityYou will develop the infrastructure whereby data is collected, either on a website or via media tools; use debugging tools regularlyYou will lead data pull methodology from various web analytics and media analytics toolsYou will develop visuals to explain data trends, either via dashboarding or data visualization toolsYou will manage multiple tasks across multiple projects in a timely mannerYou will mentor staff- and entry-level team membersRequired SkillsYou will have a Bachelor's degree (quantitative field preferred)You will have 3+ years of business analysis focusing on performance optimization and 3+ years of continuous work with digital analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe AnalyticsYou will have 3+ years working in a professional services organization, such as an advertising agency, media agency or management consultancyYou will have 3+ years experience presenting analysis and insights to stakeholders/clientsYou will have very strong skills in Excel and PowerPointYou will have analyze data and generate relevant insights, then construct a convincing narrative for clientsYou will have familiarity with attribution concepts, A/B testing, and voice-of-customer dataYou will use sound judgment to identify issues and escalate themYou will take constructive feedback well and not afraid to ask questions when help is neededYou will have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, Data Studio or Power BIYou will contribute to improvements in processes used by analystsYou will provide constructive feedback/mentorship to less experienced colleaguesYou will have the ability to effectively teach advanced concepts to less-experienced colleagues and clientsYou will identify growth opportunities with existing clientsAdditional InformationThe salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
