The Lodges at Canmore is looking for a Night Auditor Full or Part Time to join our team immediately.
Qualifications :
- Guest Service Agent (Front Desk) experience an asset, Night Audit experience is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Positive team member
- Competent written and oral English communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and checklists
- Must have minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Duties : The Lodges at Canmore is looking for night owl who loves to crunch numbers in between responding to guests’ needs. The Night Auditor is responsible for all end of the day accounting functions and communicating with the security team to ensure the safety of our guests. The ideal applicant should be capable of reconciling accounts, balancing of the POS machines and postings in roomMaster hotel software, working autonomously with no one to assist him or her with basic functions, such as checking guests in and out and making reservations.
Compensation $19 per hour Full or Part Time
