Ability to monitor and ensure quality of food leaving the kitchen

  • Ensure kitchen is in proper order upon leaving
  • Being able to make staff cuts based on business
  • Ability to write a comprehensive prep list at the end of the night
  • Being able to communicate issues or requests with both the Chef and Sous Chef
  • Having a good attitude considered an asset!!

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Night shift
