Some of what you will do : Responsible for printing, sorting & preparing the Customer orders for picking at the Fulfillment Center. Entering information into the various systems to enable reporting of Missing/Wrong, Productivity and invoicing.

Specifically, you will :

  • Release orders to print based on cut off times & volume
  • Scanning all the orders (carton id’s) in the system each day
  • Sort the pick documents by delivery hub and place for dispatch
  • Dispatch picking documents and updating systems
  • Ensure that all the invoices are printed properly
  • Perform research to determine/resolve Customers issues
  • Communicate departmental issues daily with department Supervisor & Lead hand
  • Ensure printers are cleaned an operating properly each day
  • Monitor printer supplies and request additional (ribbons, labels etc.) as needed
  • Other, as assigned/required

Additional Requirements Information :

  • While performing duties of this job, employee will regularly sit, stand, walk
  • Requires physical effort associated with using the computer or hand-held scanner to enter information.
  • Work requires moderate physical effort and use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity.
  • Employee may lift, lower, carry product up to a maximum of 50 pounds by hand.

Qualifications: Some of what you need :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (6) months related experience in a warehouse environment; or any equivalent combination of acceptable training, education, and experience
  • Ability to become certified in the operation of all warehouse equipment
  • Need to have good math, reading, and writing skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must be dependable and demonstrate the ability to follow directions
  • Ability to make independent decisions within well-defined guidelines
  • Must be a team player
  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
