You will define and implement interdepartmental processes to ensure proper contract management and increased efficiency of the legal department; You will participate in the training and education of employees in the various departments on legal risks and opportunities; You will provide timely legal support to the Finance and Growth team in its various investment and financing projects.QualificationsTHE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:Bachelor's degree in law; 5-7 years’ experience in commercial law; 3 years' experience in data privacy law; 2 years' experience in corporate law; Good ability to work in a team; Be autonomous, resourceful and organized; Demonstrate rigor, commitment, be curious and proactive; Ability to work under high pressure and make decisions quickly if needed; Ability to communicate in both French and English (written/verbal). Frequent communication outside of Quebec. Creativity and ease at proposing business-orientated legal advice that support the company's growth; and Be motivated and passionate about excellence, innovation and contributing to the company's growth and success.
