Computer Numerical Control Machinist

We are currently looking for a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in producing precision parts and components of the highest quality. To excel in this position, you will need experience in programming, machining, and maintaining optimal quality standards.

Key Skills:

· Strong focus on safety and quality

· Proficiency in reading blueprints and part drawings

· Expertise in Mastercam and CNC machine setup for lathes and mills

· Troubleshooting skills to address cut quality and efficiency issues

Responsibilities:

· Review and interpret drawings in both metric and standard measurements

· Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce parts.

· Horizontal boring experience a distinct advantage

· Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and adherence to blueprint specifications

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Safely operate an overhead crane

· Perform any other assigned duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

· Journeyman Machinist

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in machining

· Excellent programming skills

· Ability to handle complex setups

· Strong commitment to workmanship, quality, and safety standards
