Mobile Security Officer - Kelowna

MOBILE SECURITY OFFICER: Kelowna, BC Join our growing Kelowna Mobile Security Team ! We are hiring for two mobile security positions.**

Must have valid Class 5 BC Driver's License

Your Must-Haves :

• Hold a valid BC Security License :

• Hold a valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license :

• Have a clean driver’s abstract :

• Fluent English; excellent written and verbal skills

• Positive attitude with professional demeanor and strong interpersonal/customer service skills

• Excellent attention to detail to fulfill job duties and incident report writing

• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and professional manner

• Basic to intermediate computer skills

• Job Responsibilities :

• Safely operating a Mobile Patrol motor vehicle in accordance with all laws and regulations;

• Conducting security checks at client sites according to standards and post orders;

• Utilize company cell phones and Tracktik phone app;

• Conducting alarm response to client sites as needed;

• Conducting House Watch patrol if necessary;

• Attending lone worker sites to check on workers when requested;

• Ensuring incident and shift reports are completed including Run Sheets, Vehicle Inspection reports, Key Muster reports, Tracktik reports, Alarm reports and Inventory reports;

• Reporting for shifts on time, and maintaining proper dress and deportment at all times;

• Reporting any unsafe incidents, practices and/or issues;

• Conducting vehicle checks at start of shifts and ensuring any issues are reported accurately;

• Being respectful towards tools/equipment and ensuring proper key control at all times;

• Ensuring vehicles are kept clean and washed as required;

• Maintaining high standard of work ethic and professionalism;

• Promoting a respectful workplace by displaying a courteous, professional attitude;

• Keeping management aware of any unusual incidents; Your Nice-To-Haves :
