Responsibilities :
- Direct the activities of workers.
- Assist with checking on vineyards for disease prevention, quality control and irrigation.
- Supervise employees and carry out disciplinary actions, if required.
- Oversee aspects of employees' performance by giving advice, providing feedback, and coaching employees
- Organize and clean tools
- Helping with spray schedules
- Occasional tractor work
This job will allow for the applicant to learn more about vineyards in the valley and work with different varieties from planting to harvest.
Salary : $22.00-$25.00 per hour
