New part time contract position as a data entry clerk for a period of minimum 6 months - hybrid position - International company - $20-22 per hour Title: data entry clerk Location: Ville Saint Laurent - hybrid position (home and on site) Salary: $20-22 per hour Duration: 6 months contract minimum Schedule: 15-20 hours a week - only in the mornings monday to friday A global leader in the production of household appliances is looking for a part time temporary data entry clerk for 6 months minimum Advantages - hybrid position (from home and on site) - good work atmosphere - company located in Ville Saint Laurent and accessible by public transport - parking on site - training will be offered - salary paid weekly - Part time position 15-20 hours a week Responsibilities Your responsibilities will be to capture order data from TikTok’s platform, validate the information in excel, send it to our 3PL partners for fulfillment, and then upload tracking numbers in TikTok’s platform. - Assist Drop Ship Program Coordinator with Tik Tok order processing - Log on to TilTok platform and download orders on a daily basis - Prepare file with daily orders and send to 3PL operated distribution centers to be fulfilled - Ensure 3PL ships within 24 hours of receiving orders - Upload small parcel carrier tracking numbers provided by 3PL to TikTok’s platform on a daily basis - Monitor TikTok platform to ensure there are no lates or other issues with orders Qualifications - Position in english only (no french needed) - Attention to Detail - Quick Learner - Ability to Work Remotely with VPN access - Strong computer skills; Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook Summary Click “Apply Now” Questions?
