Senior Project Manager - Reliability Clearance required

Job Description One of our clients in the Federal Government is actively looking for a Project Managers to lead multiple transformation projects, including a significant national initiative. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transitioning our operations from Phoenix to Dayforce, implementing AI tools to manage backlog issues, and establishing a centralized data hub for employee data management. Roles and Responsibilities System Transition: Lead the transition of operations from Phoenix to Dayforce. Oversee the implementation of AI tools to address backlog issues from Phoenix. Ensure seamless integration of new systems and tools within the existing infrastructure. Data Management Strategy: Develop and establish a centralized data hub for storing employee data files. Manage data retention policies, ensuring that information for employees changing departments for more than three months is stored appropriately. Facilitate the eventual transition of data storage to Dayforce. Project Management: Manage multiple concurrent projects, with a heavy focus on IT and transformational tasks. Coordinate efforts across various teams and departments to ensure project goals are met. Implement agile methodologies across the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity. PMO Implementation: Collaborate with the client to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) and implement best practices. Enhance tracking of work, risks, and processes to improve project oversight. Recruit and manage 2-3 additional project managers skilled in handling technical and enterprise risks. PMO Structure: Establish and oversee four key managerial roles within the PMO: Change Management Risk Management Processes Tools and Strategy Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Project Manager for minimum 10 years , preferably in IT and transformational projects. PMP certification is required. Strong understanding of system transitions, AI tool implementation, and data management strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in agile methodologies and establishing PMOs. Proficiency in project management tools such as Azure DevOps and SharePoint. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid Reliability clearance
