Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our light industrial and commercial construction projects, with a focus on tilt-up construction. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from the design phase through close-out and deficiency resolution. This includes maintaining schedules and budgets, selecting and managing sub-trades, overseeing site reporting, and other duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager on commercial and industrial projects from the ground up. Demonstrated ability to set and achieve goals and targets. Tenacious attitude with the ability to overcome challenges. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with different personalities. Self-motivated and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Hard-working with a strong sense of ownership.
Assets:
Experience with concrete tilt-up construction. Experience with construction projects in British Columbia. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
